Immediately after graduation from UNITEC in 2011, Lucy was offered the role of professional dancer with the newly launched New Zealand Dance Company, becoming a founding member and performing for the company for the following 9 years. Over that time, Lucy collaborated with a wide variety of choreographers from New Zealand and across the globe, performing in national and international tours across Australia, Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg and The Netherlands.
